Harris Cruiser 230 Policies

MUST PAY IN FULL TO CONFIRM RESERVATION. THE RESERVATION WILL EXPIRE IN 8 HOURS WITHOUT PAYMENT

The lessee of the above-listed equipment hereby accepts the same in its present existing condition and waives any warranty as to fitness, mechanical or other condition, and suitability.  Lessee further releases and discharges Captain Watersports and/or employees, successors, or assigns from any liability for any and all injuries, accidents, losses, and damages to persons or property arising out of or in any way connected with the rental of said equipment or any other activity connected with or incidental to the rental of the above-described boat and accepts full responsibility for the proper operation of said equipment and the safety of him/herself, any passengers and equipment entrusted.  Lessee further agrees to abide by all Federal and State laws applicable to the operation of said equipment.  I understand that this release operates as a full and complete release and I further agree to indemnify lessor from any claims made by anyone arising in any way out of the rental of the equipment.
Full payment is required for booking and is a NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION. A $39 insurance fee is required for the following vessel rentals: 2021 Harris Pontoon and Wave Runners. For the aforementioned vessels, it is required that renters watch the Georgia Boating Safety Video before the time of rental. Rainchecks are provided if we cancel a reservation due to inclement weather (thunderstorms with lightning) or mechanical issues. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours, you will receive a 6-month credit from the date of the original reservation to use toward a future reservation. Cancellations made after the 72 hour period will not be provided a credit. You must be a minimum of 25 years old, have a  valid United States driver's license and major credit card to rent. See the Q&A on the website for more information pertaining to our rental policies. Once you make a reservation, it may take up to 48 hours before you receive a confirmation.

All renters are required to watch a 10-minute video for boat safety by the state of Georgia and pass the safety test.  The videos and tests are located under your account.
